•Remote, unmanned facilities monitoring of integrated sensors, including CCTV, alarm systems, fire systems, access control, and other environmental sensors to detect, report, and control anomalous events
•24x7 in real-time
•Live video streaming
•Autonomous event recognition and identification
•Identify the zone of interest: geofencing of exact incident location and enabling the proper sensors (e.g. video stream) to be monitored
•Preconfigured triggers generate notifications
•Statistical Analysis and reporting of the events
•Use cases, depending on the sensors deployed:
The Picars System connects the fire alarms in any of the monitored facilities with emergency dispatch team at the nearest civil defense department and alerts the control room staff. In the case of fire, the system sends an immediate and direct alert to the first responder’s operations room. It will also live broadcast the event from the cameras installed in the incident area to confirm the presence of the hazard in real-time. This solution facilitates more efficient responses on both ends, which can save lives and save money.
Picars enables staff in the emergency handling room to follow up on the fire and its status by using surveillance cameras, to avoid any error caused by human intervention and eliminate further threats.
The main purpose of fire Alarm system is to sense fire in its early stages and immediately activate the system. Picars immediately notifies the concerned parties with documented photos, live stream video, and stored video of the incident from the nearest camera covering the incident area. Upon triggering, Picars uploads photos and videos to the online website and mobile App.
In-case of theft, Picars receives signals from the intrusion sensor. Multiple triggers can be used to minimize the false alarms. In such cases, for example, door-open sensor signal, motion sensor, and laser beam signal cause Picars to trigger upstream incident notifications. Picars implements triple triggers to provide high-fidelity signals to minimizes false alarms.
This system helps to protect and respond to people in need of emergency medical care. Picars can connect with a watch or necklace device provided to the patient to immediately alert an emergency dispatch team. Upon triggering the emergency contact button on the patient device, the system will pinpoint the location and notify the related teams for immediate assistance.
The system can also be configured to send alerts to a physician, to an operations center, or to an ambulance team. The info provided can be a file containing the patient’s medical history, the type of medication he/she takes, and the contact information of attending for more efficient and faster treatment.
